Laurel Pond Laurel Pond is the first, brand new Luxury Wilderness Lodge and RV Ultra Site lodging and RV park property in the northeast United States. Laurel Pond was designed by one of the world’s best in outdoor hospitality design, Richard Cottrell. His design was one of the first outdoor hospitality properties developed by a firm with decades of successful community planning experience.

Laurel Pond operates the same as any hospitality rental unit property, (hotel and motel rooms, RV resort sites). However, at Laurel Pond rental units are owned by individuals. The property is managed by the owners association, not a single proprietor owner. Owners themselves vacation at the property at most times.

For modern two income families, ownership at Laurel Pond is the most convenient and financially beneficial way to own a vacation getaway property. While the owners and their guests are not using the units, the units do earn self managed rental income in a no-competition market niche, and throw off excellent income tax deductions/savings to their owners. For Lodge and Ultra Site owners rental proceeds help defray the cost of owning. Ownership ranges from the very affordable 1/5th Fractional Ownership of an RV Ultra Site up to a Luxury Wilderness Lodge on a Waterfront Estate Site, and at all levels in between depending on how large the site, and its proximity to Laurel Pond or the Lahaway Creek. Laurel Pond is 71 acres of beautiful natural forest with 4500 feet of good fishing waterfront on a pond, and the Lahaway Creek with abundant scenery and wildlife.

Laurel Pond is lots of wholesome family fun being closest at only 2 minutes from three Six Flags Theme Parks and only 22 minutes from the beach. We are 2 minutes from a golf course. We are the closest RV sites to the Sesame Place theme park. 1800 acres of state game lands and lakes are 1.5 blocks away.
