    • Yes.
  4. Can I rent my cabin on my own or does the Condominium Owner’s Association property management office provide a rental service?
    • You can rent on your own if you like. The Owner’s Association rental handling charges vary according to the amount of housekeeping services and the length of the renter’s stay. The owner can net from 50% to 80% of the gross rental depending on the renters duration of stay and the amount of housekeeping provided.
  5. Do the Luxury Wilderness Lodges and RV Ultra Sites get rented very much?
    • During our 2008 beginning operating test season with no advertising we averaged between 10 and 20% occupancy with lodges and over 50% with RV Ultra Sites. We expect that current marketing plans for the property will increase the occupancy considerably. The rental customers were satisfied at over a 95% rate. The lodges are extremely popular because for the same cost of a hotel stay, people can enjoy a Luxury Wilderness Lodge experience with great Ultra Site amenities.
